Items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours when placed Monday to Friday. Because most of our products are made by individual craftsmen or small companies, we may occasionally run out of a product. If there's a delay, we'll email you with the expected delivery date. You may wait for the item, substitute another product, or cancel your order at this point.
Shipping
Low-impact shipping: Since we are committed to having a low-impact on the environment, we use only recycled materials to mail our products. Mailers have a minimum of 25% post-consumer recycled content, or we simply re-use shipping boxes and bags we have received. We use 100% recycled paper, and we are constantly looking for materials to re-use in our products. We promise we will always do our part to be green!
If an item was damaged during shipment, let us know immediately so we can help. If the package seems to have sustained damage or it appears that the products could be damaged, please be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" and make sure to keep all packaging items since this will help us expedite a claim.
We ship via USPS or Fed Ex ground and most orders arrive in 3-7 business days.
Due to the possibility of shipping delays, please allow at least 7 business days for regular ground shipping. If quicker shipping is needed please email us for assistance; every attempt will be made to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs in U.S are based on your total purchase amount. We offer shipping to all addresses within the United States. All merchandise must be sent to a residential or business address only (no P.O. Boxes please). We ship by USPS or Fed Ex ground depending on the size of your purchase. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii PLEASE ADD $5.00

Online purchases are subject to 6% sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
Returns & Exchanges:
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for full refund (excluding shipping costs). All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and tags still attached. In fairness to others, please don’t ask us to accept items that have been used.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS or UPS. Green-Chic Designs is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking service is not used. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
